Lack of workforce diversity. Lack of productive team culture and innovation. Lack of transparency and fairness.

Pros

When you are liked and one of the “chosen” then you can be pretty happy here. Had some nice coworkers.

Cons

Toxic culture, cliques and bullying starting with the HR group and director of communications team who are manipulative and a couple of the biggest bullies of them all. Little to no upward mobility for anyone that isn’t an engineer. Benefits are expensive.
