Great Opportunity for New Graduates

Pros

Great people with many opportunities to stand out and share your accomplishments with the company. Management generally does their job well and there is usually plenty of work to go around. Decent benefits too.

Cons

Working with satellite offices is not as smooth as working out of the main office, but I don’t see this as being an issue in the future now that the company has adopted new software for everyone to work from home.
