Thank you for the feedback. I agree, being part of an employee-owned company is great and we have a culture that fosters a welcoming and supportive environment for all. That being said, we have more work to do on our DEI journey. We are genuine in our objective of Building a Better World for All of Us and are taking real steps to back that up. This commitment starts at the top with our Leadership Team’s active engagement in succession management practices that develop and promote employees from diverse backgrounds. It also includes supporting our Employee Resource groups, Women in STEM, Young Professionals and Diversity and Inclusion Outreach. We appreciate your feedback on what benefits are meaningful and will continue to look for ways in which to improve or adjust what we offer.
