      Compensation is very competitive with the industry with. Very flexible work schedule. Office culture is relaxed with friendly employees.

      Cons

      Management practices are not very strong or beneficial. Poor training practices. Be sure to request any training you would like. Average benefits. Average time off. Health care cost is high.

      SEH's tag line of Builiding a Better World for All of Us is something we live as engineers, scientists, architects and professionals living in the communities we provide service to. Overall the company has a good work environment, flexible to your needs whether entry or senior level. Fair comp and benes. Opportunities are there for career and professional growth. Financially solid and growing. The company is multi-disciplined which helps with stability and allows employees to work on cross functional projects. There is excellent technical knowledge throughout the firm.
