      Great privately held firm with a family friendly culture. They walk the walk not talk the talk.

      Pros

      Fiscally sound, they are able to make proactive moves in a down economy. Great people, friendly folks for the most part. Strong technical leadership in most markets. Making good strides to secure long term succession plans. Really great insurance program. Moving to pay for performance bonuses for project managers.

      They use a very long industrial psychology test as part of their hiring process.

      Pros

      good communication- try to keep people as long as possible and make the position work. Overall enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to hire someone. Once someone is hired, if they can't perform they may be here for a long time before being let go.

      Pros

      SEH is a great place to work for if you have a lot of family commitments and want to progress in your career at your own pace. Very friendly people. They are very flexible.

      Cons

      The money is not that great. Benefits are just OK. If you are looking for fast paced life. This company is not for you.
