      In many cases, the leadership is weak. The wrong people are often in leadership positions when in fact they are just poor managers

      good communication- try to keep people as long as possible and make the position work. Overall enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to hire someone. Once someone is hired, if they can't perform they may be here for a long time before being let go.
