Pros

Good place to gain experience. Great benefits and great people to work with. Good work environment. Good overtime hours plus bonuses.

Cons

Overall its a great place to work but when it comes to pay some workers are severely underpaid compared to other places. Alot of people really do bust there butts of and deserve a competetive wage. Would like to stay long term but pay is a big issue when everything is so expensive in los angeles.

Pros

No pressure. Mostly friendly management. Good 401k, good benefits. Good quality tools and equipment to work with. Wide variety of entry level positions.

Cons

Pay is well below average. 25 years ago they might have been competitive but not now. This isn't 1990. Unless you have a boat load of kids or already own your home this isn't the company for you. No room for growth. They aren't transparent. Almost no one there is satisfied with their salary.
