Pros

Some great coworkers. Hard work is respected and rewarded

Cons

Executives are very focused on growth. This is understandable, but I worry the growth focus is losing site of some of the legacy and prestige of the company.

Pros

Interesting work in a great industry! Makes great products with an impressive, and well-deserved, reputation. Lots of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibilities. There are many examples of people transferring internally successfully, so management is clearly supportive of that. Employees are treated well. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Usually not on the bleeding edge in terms of technology. Somewhat conservative in terms of risk-taking and trying new things (though this seems to be changing). These things problems in my book, but may be for some people, depending on what they're looking for.
