Pros

Shure is a privately held company which puts high value in its employees. Individual contributions are highly valued and the executive staff does everything in their power to ensure that employees are treated fairly and respectfully. There is substantial room for advancement in most disciplines and those who put forth their best efforts are fairly rewarded.

Cons

As with most companies, corporate politics sometimes play too heavy of a role in business decisions. That said, all parties involved make their contributions with intent to deliver the best product available.

As in many companies where people tend to stay for many years, growing is not that easy, especially from middle management and up
