      Provide the tools to get the job done. Management and coworkers are great to work with. Ideal place to learn and grow. Great benefits and good pay. Company is very stable. Can’t ask for much more.

      Expectations are high, and that can wear on people. Sometimes the job can be stressful.

      I would say it's a good place to start your career because of the range of product lines including software and hardware. Shure is a legendary brand in the music industries so you also get a taste of how music tech works (if you are into it) Some pros: * Dynamic workplace. * Smart and dedicated colleagues * Fantastic work-life balance * Potential to learn and grow * Fun culture if you are into music * Company does care about employees * Company cares about quality and ethnics

      Cons

      * Product lines aren't diverse enough, especially under the COVID situation * Unclear career growth * Outdated IT execution * Location isn't ideal for young professionals * Politics: hierarchical decision making which hinders the development process * Too conservative due to traditions hardware development baggage.
