Very few "professional" managers, focus is on investing in the growth of the company at the expense of keeping the best people. If you lean politically to the left you'll fit in great with the marketing department. If not, you aren't welcome.
Owner only cares about how people perceive him. Good Ol Boy's Club atmosphere ...if you golf you may fit in. They say they have your back....but plot against any and all who don't submit to their way. Must be a snob to do well there. The entire office thrives on harmful gossip and drama as their bloodline. Absolutely no moral compass found. If you google search employees....you will see several have records.
