Business Outlook
Pros
Nice office in a great location. Company is growing and successful but still small so you know (and work with) everyone. Big open atmosphere. Kitchen is full of free food, snacks and drinks. Sometimes tickets to local big events are handed out. Really cool bonus plan structure and benefits.
Cons
Really busy due to growth and open office environment isn’t for everyone, not much privacy.
