Pros

When it's not a holiday period, work is very flexible, can be a decent weekend job. The staff and manager are great, no real issues there. During the holiday, you can make quite a decent amount, especially with some commission,

Cons

Barely any hours if it's not a holiday period. You only get a few hours on the weekend. Not too much structure in your schedule, you find out pretty close to when you need to come in. Mostly weekend work during the year.
