Pros

- Plenty of smart and talented engineers - Interesting scaling/elasticity challenges - Underlying product to be happy contributing to - Decent WLB

Cons

- Aging codebases - ELT focused on maximizing baseline for PE parent company - No innovation of offerings beyond M&A - No bonuses/raises for 2023, growth targets setup for failure in 2024

Pros

It’s a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a job and that likes to work 12 hours with no questions asked

Cons

In the warehouse you have some jobs that they can sit down and then other jobs you have to be on your feet for 11 hours some of these jobs you can do sitting on a stool and people are on top of each other and it’s the most boring his job stamping There is and I believe that you would have a better possibility if you would cut down the hours from 12 to 8 hours a day because you have so many mistakes because you’re doing 12 hour shifts mothers have to go home deal with her children husbands whatsoever not getting enough sleep overnight or unwinding after a 12 hour shift Maybe if you cut down the shift the productivity will be better you are making so many mistakes because people are getting off after 12 hours going home maybe getting about four hours worth of sleep because a lot of have to drink to unwind come back to work and try to do this job and there’s a lot of crap going on machines are breaking down then the supplies are all over the place just an organized especially in the gifting department. It is so on organized back there. It makes no sense but just think about it how many people after 12 hours can go home and go to sleep Nine out of 10 cannot because it’s a sleep disorder even if they said they are nighttime person they cannot unwind after 12 hours with us working I’m not a genius I’m not a millionaire but these are the facts you work somebody 12 hours a day standing on their feet they go home they get about five hours asleep. Come back work another 12 hours then the next day they get about four hours of sleep come back work another 12 hours and then I get another five hours of sleep you are going to push out nothing but trash to the customer but anyway, who am I
