Plauged by layoffs

Pros

Remote model, coworkers were great

Cons

Shutterfly is constantly and consistently doing layoffs, they are a corporation beholden to shareholders. A looming layoff will always be on you and your team's minds negatively affecting morale. Their physical products are subpar compared to similar online merchandising companies.
