      - Weekly touchpoint with CEO and all of company where we can ask anonymous questions about the company / decisions - A lot of flexibility in terms of role and upward mobility

      Amazingly talented workforce. Good work/life balance. Fun products.

      Technology is in need of severe improvement. Constant change in business direction makes actually completing projects successfully very difficult. Constant layoffs or restructuring of the business. Once I had a lot of trust and respect for the CEO, Hilary. That has been lost over the years when it became clear that her talk is all talk. Employees, like with most businesses, are nothing but a tool.
