Pros

Shutter-fly is a best company of Photographers. In this company Photographers get more experience and more facilities. I like Shutter-fly

Cons

High Volume of Work: Photographers might face high volumes of work during peak seasons, which can lead to long hours and increased stress. Repetitive Tasks: The job can sometimes involve repetitive tasks, especially if you’re working in a studio setting or on similar types of shoots.

Pros

Discretionary time off. Simple manufacturing.

Cons

There is no training. No one communicates with each other. Key people are laid off without understanding their impact to the company. Lots of core functions are only known to one or two individuals. If they win the lottery tomorrow, this company is dead in the water. Health benefits are overpriced and have minimal coverage. There is no respect or value provided to what little EGRs they have. There is no culture and there are no values.
