      Pros

      Felt like day 1 they were so welcoming and liked I'd worked here for years already. Collaborative group and willing to pitch in to make others successful. Weekly company snapshot is an amazing way to connect w/ everyone at the company once and week and share updates regarding the business.

      Cons

      Some of the processes can be a bit complicated and tools need to integrate better to avoid double work. It's in flight as an ongoing workstream so positive changes ahead.

      If you work the morning shift you can get out during daylight.

      You need to work two weeks for your paycheck to equal a typical low wage salary. If you work at the Fort Mill location in South Carolina be prepared for ignorant Bible-belt attitudes. They have no filter and stand by their hypocritical religious beliefs.
