Pros

The hiring process was quick, I felt a part of the team from as early as the interviewing stage. It's an exciting environment, a lot to learn and never a dull moment. Work Life balance is top notch. It's all about family first which is super important, especially for parents. Executives and mangers are down to earth and make you feel very welcomed, involved and important. There is constant desire to hear employee input so that the company can continuously improve in making this a desired and enjoyable work place.

Cons

So far no Cons that come to mind.
