- Losing focus as they expand and acquire new companies - Last few years, have had new leadership leading to some unstableness.

Opportunities to grow, good management, and state of the art environment. As a lead, you are given a lot of autonomy by the management.

Cons

Shifts are 12 hours and you only work 36 hours most weeks, although there are opportunities to get overtime during peak seasons.
