Pros

Some opportunities for overtime. Provides training. Most areas have a consistent workflow.

Cons

Sometimes inconsistent work during non peak seasons. An over focus on shipping high numbers each shift, sometimes draining work for the week. High turnover rate.

Pros

I made a big job change from healthcare to come work at Shutterfly, and it has been a good transition. Shutterfly has so many resources to read and watch to learn about the company, the products and how to effectively do my job.

Cons

This is a time of transition for Shutterfly, acquiring Lifetouch who I work for, and a new software, so there are some kinks and duplications being worked out.
