Pros

Shutterfly truly helps people capture or create magical moments and unleash creativity. Customers are excited when they get a Shutterfly / Spoonflower / Snapfish / Lifetouch product. There's a lot of opportunity for growth and impact. The culture is inclusive.

Cons

Company is transforming and it can be super exciting for those driven and wanting to have impact, but there is constant change and you'll need to embrace it
