Cons

Culture was great at first then over the years the CEO changed many times and the company went down hill. Slowly took away perks we had including bonuses.

The work hours very drastically from week to week and the schedule is extremely inconsistent which makes it very hard to do while being committed to other better paying/ full-time careers.
