Pros

- My position was 100% WFH (mostly) even before Covid-19. - The salary pay was decent at least for me.

Cons

- Management is a bit of a mess (they forced all the Devs to work over weekends, on Labor Day Weekend, because of their bad planning). - They cut pay during Covid-19, then promised to pay it back (you have to stay an entire year to get any amount back, but then they decide to force everyone to take a week off without pay, WTH?) - Insurance Plan is Mediocre, regular complaints at weekly Town-hall meetings about how crappy our plan was. - Team dynamics was a bit of a mess, lots of Silo's, people out for themselves. - Company is going backwards in certain ways, like the technology stacks they are using.
