Good teams to work with. focus on customer continuous improvement.

Cons

Leadership is very micromanaging with little clue as to what actually was supposed to be happening. Disregard for associate advancement, focused on interiew more than performance for internal candidates.

Time off . No management so goofing off was easy.

Cons

I worked here for 8 years. They contestant lie to you with the prospect of advancement when there is absolutely no structure for advancement. They literally make up jobs to give people and strong others along. The product offered and business model is not the issue. Absolutely none of the management knows how to be a manager. None of my managers had any formal training... none of them had even been to college. I have no clue how they decide on leadership, but it’s clearly who you know. They do not know how to mentor or advance an employee. If you just need a job for now, and you are not looking to build a career, this place is for you. No one stays here long, which as anyone knows is an awful sign. Oh, also the HR in the Arizona office is absolute trash. They probably also had no formal training.
