      Pros

      Training was extensive but taught me a lot. Most of what you learn is very specific to Shutterfly and their product development.

      Cons

      Quick turnover. Didn't feel a good sense of community but mostly because I was just working from home.

      Very easy going and laid back. Work was easy but still fun.

      Cons

      Seasonals get little to no hours sometimes around the end of a season. No benefits.
