Pros

Company fosters environment where you have great work life balance. Many employees are just starting families, like myself. I was allowed great flexibility in work schedule and workload when we had our child.

Cons

I felt the stock options and bonuses were below market average, and there is no 401K matching.

Pros

Mid-level employees make the workplace enjoyable, great perks, decent benefits.

Cons

Inconsistent hiring practices, miscommunication from the top down Flawed product releases result in wins for teams who launched them, but negatively impact customer-facing teams, and the tools to support those teams are not prioritized. Lots of gaps between corporate and facilities functions.
