      Pros

      Exercise & game room, large lunch room, and vending machines. Employee appreciation pizza/ treats throughout the year. Latest software and computers with help from IT departments.

      Cons

      They have an open office floor plan with no walls and many distractions, tours, and high noise levels which decreases productivity. Little advancement opportunities. Wages are low. There is a lot of room for improvement.

      Pros

      The people that work here are great people. As an individual, many employees on the manufacturing floor understands and feels the same what. The work environment is safe, climate controlled, and clean.

      Cons

      Managers are not held accountable for their lack of knowledge, understanding of how to do the job, or just the Good Ol' Boy system. The pay is ok but could be much better. The segregation of the management team is truly severe even from those who fill in for the managers. Company communications concerning plans, training, and even forecasting for the next season is closely guarded and doesn't allow the employees to train accordingly.
