Great work environment, not so much with the location and commute

- Great senior leadership, direction, inspiration and accountability - Team-oriented and you really believe that as a start-up, they'd look out for their employees - Growth oriented and talented staff - Fun culture - young but still very family friendly

Cons

- Not the most fun location - would be more vibrant if relocated to the city

Pros

It is full of great people. The founders are real leaders and very inspiring team. Very creative company, it real fun to work here. I like the tiny prints business model.

Cons

Aggressive deadlines, this should be relaxed a little bit since we are now moving from start-up mode to bigger company. They should offer more vacation days.

Pros

Great product, great people and an upper management who cares about you and worries how their decisions can impact you.Now, that's rare. Doing the right thing is the norm and it's a value expected from everyone. Great open environment and no feeling or presentation of hierarchy what so ever. Fantastic growth opportunities for fresh graduates and it's an oasis if you are looking to gain experience in closely associated fields in graphic design.

Cons

Hard to balance work and personal life through out the year equally. I guess it's due to the nature of the business Tiny Prints is in. Some positions are glorified falsely and some others are not recognized appropriately.
