Everyone is set up to be successful. The culture is positive. The employees are bright and competent. The leadership team is smart, driven and passionate. The salary is competitive. It truly is a great place to work.

Cons

There are no cons I am aware of at Shutterfly. They hire talented people and have such a great culture.

Pros

Our products are fun and an important part of people's lives. My colleagues are smart and dedicated. Senior management is focused, performance-oriented and accessible.

Cons

Meetings would be more efficient if people scheduled them and started them with a clear objective of what they want to accomplish. This is true of most companies.
