      great products. employee freebies and perks on occasion. casual and relaxed atmosphere. some great personnel to work with. has potential to be a better company.

      Cons

      salary not competitive. management is scattered. lack of focus and organization. office politics is rampant. wasteful meetings and reviews. way too many managers who contribute very little.
