Pros

They value experience and are open to change. Even the executive leadership team is willing to listen to challenges and solutions. Since my leaving the company has taken many steps to improve their leadership team and overall structure.

Cons

At the time there were leadership changes made that put people in positions with no experience trying to run departments they had no right owning. Change moves slowly so while they listen to feedback it will take time to see action from that feedback.

Amazing coworkers, Leadership in the building was amazing as well.

Cons

E-staff very out of touch. Former CEO drove the company into the ground IMO. This caused our facility to be closed. Hopefully the amazing workers at the other sites will continue to have jobs. Very different company from when I started in 2014 to 2024.

They relocated hundreds of jobs to MN from CA and let the rumor mill a paranoia free for months before announcing changes. Work is very repetitive
