Pros

The pay was fairly good. Comparable

Cons

First, the company had been steadily laying people off multiple times per year for the past three years. Not much hope. Second, they talk the talk when it comes to internal promotions but rarely walk the walk, always hiring outside talent over internal candidates. Next, poor clarity on decision rights and leadership leads to rework on rework and other things not getting done at all. Leadership is so misaligned with each other, it’s comical. Finally, the upper leaders that are in place don’t seem to have a clue what they are doing in their own roles, much less have an understanding of the rest of the org. Avoid!
