Pros

Flexible DTO policy Good pay even though working from home

Cons

Multiple rounds of layoffs which attributed to even thinner teams and more work. Management isnt always clear about direction and strategy. Values of the company may not always match with personal ethics/values.

Pros

Long hours and overtime when you want it. The pay is good especially when overtime hits.

Cons

Have to be up real early or stay late on feet all day.

Pros

The photography aspect is great, you get a lot of experience in a studio like setting with both equipment (lighting and backdrops) as well as actually photographing.

Cons

A lot of driving, car is full with equipment 24/7, inconsistent hours
