Pros

Honestly, I can't think of a single thing!! Run and don't look back!

Cons

They swallowed so many great companies whole and didn't bat an eye. They took a great thing and dropped the ball and are making the employee's pay for their mistakes.

Pros

Fully remote - occasionally go into the office for a meeting or see products (1x month) Wonderful, smart humans that want to make great products and a great customer experience. Pay is average. flexibility is unmatched! Unlimited time off as long as you’re good at your job and get your work done they are very accommodating to time off. Merch role is very creative

Cons

Have had 5 layoffs in the last 3 years. Very tumultuous. Tech and catalog is extremely dated so it makes getting anything accomplished very difficult without hounding people and having too many meetings to come to a decision. Bonuses and raises were not given this year. Not a ton of upward mobility regardless of great performance and expanded workload.
