Pros
WLB for the most part. Products are pretty good. No big workloads.
Cons
Poor compensation. maybe shutterfly gives relatively higher rates than other local businesses in Arizona or Minnesota, in but in Bay Area the salaries are just not competitive. LOTS of lead/talented engineers left shutterfly in the past 2 years. Lots of reorganizations after shutterfly squires snap fish. Mysterious promotion cycles.
