Poor Company Culture, Only Care About Numbers

Pros

Good pay and good benefits.

Cons

Upper Management only cares about numbers, not you as a person or your work ethic. They don't value employees as people, that are trying their best day in and day out. Everyone is disposable, and always under a microscope. They also did not encourage or promote a healthy work/life balance.

Pleasant work location - right on the beach! Benefits seem very nice (for hotel) Pleasant co-workers

Hospitality is always hectic Very little training; often "thrown into the heap"

Coworkers were amazing and the company provides good health benefits

There was not much room to grow. It seems like the company does not like to promote from within.
