There are very few opportunities to join such an influential company that will be, and already is, changing the world. * Working with global colleagues who are genuinely as excited and passionate about SiFive as you are, and who are committed to making it a success is a breath of fresh air. * The flexibility of the true hybrid working model is refreshing and enables you to be a great employee, but not at the expense of your commitments outside of work. * The modus operandi is that you and your abilities are truly believed in and you are trusted to get the job done. * The culture is pretty informal and the hierarchy is fairly flat.
