      Pros

      Hardly any. Had quite a few offers, made a terrible choice to join Sifive.

      Cons

      Treated as a resource and not as an engineer. Design team expected to do CAD work. CAD team expected to do design work. Working 12-16 hours a day is normal on weekdays. Plus 4-6 hours on weekends.

      Pros

      Lots of new projects are being undertaken. Employees can work on different types of Verification methodologies.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload takes a toll but with proper management it can be done efficiently.
