      Talented teammembers who are fun to work with Good collaboration and communication worldwide Opportunities for career advancement and learning Underlying technology strong and innovative Reasonable workload especially considering its a startup Good vesting schedule on option grants

      Cons

      The direction and vision of the company has changed far too many times over such a short period. How long can they survive as a pre-IPO company which throws away money with every strategic shift? HR department not focused on employees. Only trying to show their value by rolling out new initiatives and programs that aren't an improvement on the existing ones Too much of mid-upper management lacks understanding of the technologies they are directing Weird system when it comes to raises and bonus. Everyone gets the same thing. High performers aren't rewarded for their work No 401k match

      High quality work along with one of the best talent density

      Cons

      Big pay gap between India and US for comparable quality of work. The compensation for Indian employees needs to be levelled up based on performance and in general. There is no HR feedback process as well.
