Pros

One of it's kind startup with full MLSoC for varied applications. Technology being developed from scratch and got good customer traction. India development center is in driving position for the software and customer engagements.

Cons

Company needs to increase it's visibility in technology forums in India

Pros

Company is working on cutting edge product in AI/ML space (MLSoC). It has strong presence in San Jose and Bangalore and work is quite exciting. Since it is a startup environment, very transparent communication from executive team. Funding is not an issue and Lip Bu Tan joining board of director is big positive. One can propose ideas and present it to stakeholders and work on it if approved. Fireside chat is an excellent initiative where one gets to hear from thought leaders from Industry

Cons

Since it is a startup, you end up having lots of meetings specially with US teams and sometimes it is taxing
