Cannt think of anything else except that the site team is a strong team because they keep up the pressure and still keep moving

Cons

Sites are doing well, but the regional and global teams are horrible. I have moved around 7 companies, and this is by far the worst. They put white men in leadership roles even in latin and asia, and they can curse people right to their faces. Diversity? thats a joke
