Pros

Good pay, Good benefits. Former owner UNIMIN was the best company ever to be employed by. They worked diligently to develop their employees , supervisors and managers. They also took safety very seriously and strived to keep that in the culture.

Cons

Sibelco took over and it was a train wreck from there, They made the job so miserable most of the experienced management left, the good managers were replaced with totally incompetent unqualified individuals. Safety is a slogan and that is it for Sibelco , that is apparent in the condition of their facilities as of now. I really cant comprehend how the board of directors of the company do not see how this company has spiraled out of control to get to this condition.
