Very low stress work and work enviroment

Cons

I can't fully blame the company as we are contracted by other companies so our pay is locked in, I just wish our contracts would negotiate the same amount as other strategic risk companies.

Cons

It's growing faster than they can manage, making them rush to find managers to oversee their operations. This is creating a situation where the new managers are forgoing the company values and putting quantity over quality. This is also putting added stress on employees, while also making it harder for HR to keep up with the growing staff.

Easy Hours, steady pay, full benefits

Cons

Management is full of cowards who don't manage until someone is breathing down their necks, Client is unhelpful and downright abusive towards operators, work is boring for most people, no development opportunities, you have to pay for parking, policy changes never make sense, none of their systems operate properly, the don't care about you.
