Pros

Easy work, professional coworkers and good schedule. Ability to work independently without too much interference from supervisors or managers. Not much else to add.

Cons

The work gets boring and there's very little opportunity for upward mobility unless you become a manager, which is very different than the work of an intelligence analyst.

-Build skills in incident response and incident management. -Benefits are sufficient. -Work with people across the globe.

Cons

-No lateral movement in regards to promotions. -Pay rate is significantly lower than competitors. -No effort from company to improve employee retention. -Staff morale is low, and the company addresses it with free food instead of pay raises, promotions, or additional staffing. -Little to no opportunities for trainings or professional development. -Projected outlook is very grim.
