Little insight into contract renewal process. Salary was competitive but increases were rare and didn't keep up with cost of living.

Coworkers are normally close knit as we are all traumatized. Pretty diverse group of coworkers. Training is well thought out.

Cons

Communication. Policy is always changing. Pay is lackluster. Software tools are poorly developed and sometimes unusable.
