      Pros

      The people I worked with directly were fantastic. Our immediate team was close-knit, supportive, and always willing to help one another out when things went wrong.

      Cons

      Senior leadership and HR were completely out of their depth. HR repeatedly mishandled tax withholdings, resulting in many employees owing money during tax season. Questions were met with vague, unhelpful answers, and pay stub access was cut off after termination. Leadership turnover was constant—three to four contract managers in two years—always blamed on the client but really caused by their own inability to lead or perform. Incompetence was the norm, not the exception.
