For me, this was the most toxic place I have ever worked and in my opinion its culture stems right from the top. Myself and the other more junior employees often joked that you could write a sitcom about the stuff that went on there, you honestly couldn't make it up, the managers employed bullying tactics and often made racist and sexist jokes, I imagine that's changed in the last 4 years since I left given societal changes at least. 4-5 of the staff who worked there when I was there were employed because of who their parents were. A HR person was employed to solve all the issues we were complaining about and left after a week because they realised just how messed up it was after conducting a series of interviews and the leadership not taking her seriously when she asked for a serious reform of behaviour. All the places I have worked both before and after have been walks in the park comparatively. Avoid!
