Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros at the moment. Also there's work life balance.

Cons

Due to contract agreements, depending on which one you might not have access to perks that other Sibylline employees have; i.e. access to work email, allowing access to training tools and other company provided internal tools and career opportunities. This limits pros for many.

Pros

-Build skills in incident response and incident management. -Benefits are sufficient. -Work with people across the globe.

Cons

-No lateral movement in regards to promotions. -Pay rate is significantly lower than competitors. -No effort from company to improve employee retention. -Staff morale is low, and the company addresses it with free food instead of pay raises, promotions, or additional staffing. -Little to no opportunities for trainings or professional development. -Projected outlook is very grim.

Pros

If you're looking for a temporary gig, it is decent interview fodder withing the Geopol/Corp Risk industry.

Cons

In terms of atmosphere, there is a strong culture of blame, weak management and general lack of respect for personal life. On the work side of things, pretty disorganised and slap-dash, tend to be more concerned with style over substance. Can feel like reports are being edited by a sales team. Not a good place to learn your trade if you're new to the industry, will pick up bad habits. Also, pay is below the going rate for similar jobs elsewhere.
