Pros

There is never a dull day at Sidecar Health. I get to work on novel legal issues and craft creative solutions across a variety of legal areas. We've built an incredible team full of really smart people across the organization, which has allowed me to upskill really fast. Plus, the mission-oriented nature of the company is really rewarding.

Cons

It's a startup, so there's a ton to do and generally too few people to do it all. Expect some late nights and some weekends here and there. Cash comp may be relatively lower than comparable jobs at more established companies, but lots of upside potential with stock.

Pros

Feel so lucky to have found such a great company. We're building something that has real impact on people's lives every day. We're doing it with a really fun and passionate team. Everyone is extremely sharp and very thoughtful. We're growing really fast so there are tons of career and growth opportunities. Great pay and benefits, healthy culture, can you tell leadership really cares about the people. All of that on top of the huge business opportunity - it's hard to not love this place.

Cons

The fast pace is not for everyone. You have to be comfortable with ambiguity and you have to be proactive in solving problems.

Pros

Competent coworkers, hardworking culture, leadership is (mostly) responsive to employee feedback and sensitive to personal needs, take great care of our customers - overall excellent working environment

Cons

Corporate offices based in LA, and not friendly to remote employees. Limits our talent pool and recruiting options significantly
